This project was created for The Brief Club's brief 35 on Instagram. The brief calls for a logo and thank you card for a fictional pottery studio named, Clayra.
I first started with a mood board and wanted to go with earth and jewel tones with a minimalistic feel. The logo itself is the name, Clayra, with a trendy font inside of an octagon. The octagon references the inside of a kiln, which is the oven clay is placed in to make pottery. The thank you card also has a minimalistic feel with a handwritten thank you, to further give the sense of handmade craft.
